Preheat the oven to 350F°. Grease your skillet with butter or oil.
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the vanilla extract, vanilla bean and eggs. Whisk together until smooth.

Add in the flour, corn starch, baking powder and salt. With a spatula, stir the batter until the flour appears absorbed. It will be a bit thick.

Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.

Dump the batter into the skillet and press it evenly into the pan. Sprinkle it with flaky sea salt.

Bake it in the oven on the middle rack for 22-24 minutes. It will be golden on the edges and still pretty soft near the middle. Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Top with ice cream and dig in!
