I owe it to my sister for hogging the remote when the Food Network was on TV, because I at least knew what good food looked like. A few years out of school, I’ve traded text books for cook books – now enjoying how to perfect pizza dough, set up the food processor correctly (kind of hard), and remove the muffins from the oven before they over bake. I’m not very good yet, but it is so fun trying.
There are too many diets these days, but my only concern is just to make good food with real ingredients. Life is too short to not eat pasta. Thanks for taking a peek!
